Despite having recently announced his retirement from the National Football League, Tom Brady responded to a recent story on Twitter on Tuesday.
Brady seems to have developed a new interest, one that involves assisting his daughter care for a new furry member of the family.
Brady stated in a tweet, “Anyone who thinks I have time to come back to the NFL has never adopted a 2-month-old kitten for their daughter.”
After Rich Eisen suggested on his radio program that Brady might not be “done after all” with football and that Miami was a potential landing spot for the 45-year-old quarterback, the social media message followed.
Early on in February, Brady remarked, “I’m retiring for good…Thank you guys for allowing me to live my absolute dream. I wouldn’t change a thing. Love you all.”
Brady played in a record 10 Super Bowls during the span of his career and won six championships with the Patriots.
