Six people were tragically shot dead in a Chesapeake, Virginia Walmart Tuesday night.
One hour before the store was supposed to close, at around 10:12 p.m., Police responded to the 911 call from Walmart. There they found the victims and the evidence of the shooting.
Investigators believe the assailant to be either a current or former employee of the store who decided to open fire on the rest of the employees that were in the break room. They also believed that, at some point, the shooter eventually turned the gun on himself.
Police swept through the store overnight to see if there were any more victims or people hiding.
The identities of the victims or the shooter have not yet been revealed.
